Our Story
​The journey to Ocean View Suites was inspired when Bahamas Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Chester Cooper revealed $1.2 billion investments were approved for Exuma. Subsequently, DPM Cooper encouraged Bahamians to invest in large-scale tourism as the islands faced a shortage of room capacity due to fully booked hotels.

​Directors of Golden Egg Ltd. Development Group with decades of hands on experience in tourism, hotel management, wholesale travel, and airline operations, designed an approach specifically in response to Deputy Prime Minister Coopers' directive. A search was set in motion to discover leading edge quick build construction technologies for the booming Bahamas tourism industry.
The search concluded China had the most advanced construction technologies in the world. This lead to a month long seven-city exploration of China to get first hand knowledge of Chinese construction technologies. BROAD HOLON Construction Company in Changsha, Hunan province, was selected for their modular, quick build, stainless steel core construction technology.
Developers from Abu Dahbi were also highly impressed with HOLON building systems. Known for their ultramodern architecture stood-out in a class all to themselves. The group recently completed the first HOLON building in United Arab Emirates December 2025.
The decision was an easy one! BROAD HOLON sustainable stainless steel building with an indefinite lifespan was obviously ideal for the Bahamian environment.
An MOU with BROAD group led to the concept of Ocean View Suites to be the first HOLON building development in the Bahamas—designed as a condo resort in Exuma, Bahamas.
